This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from townew.eu (the “Site”).

    – Paypal acts as data controller in regards to your payment instrument information.
– Remind you of unfinished purchases via email (abandoned cart).

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. When you sign up for any of our newsletters by completing the newsletter sign up form, we collect your name, email address, location, and preferences. We also record the time and date of completion. Legal basis for processing: your consent of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Consent: you give your consent to us sending you our newsletters by signing up to receive them during the steps described above. We will also use this information to tailor any follow up sales and marketing communications with you. How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter contains a quick and easy unsubscribe link in its footer. From then on, you will cease to receive further email newsletters from us. When you unsubscribe from a newsletter, your details remain on the list of past recipients. This is a measure to prevent members of staff accidentally re-adding you manually.

DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 3.
