The following paragraphs are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy (Within the EU)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Townew Europe provides free shipping on orders over €100 within the EU.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Townew Europe ships to any address within Europe.
You will receive an order confirmation email when your order has been processed and you can expect your order to be shipped within 1-2 business days from the confirmation email.
If your order was a preorder, you can expect the delivery as it is mentioned on the product page.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Townew Europe is responsible for all customs and taxes applied to your order.
Townew Europe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier first to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship all across Europe.
Townew Europe provides a 30 days money back guarantee if you do not like the product.
If it is broken not due to our error, we are not able to provide the 30 days money back guarantee. It must be in usable condition. If it is broken due to our error, you are eligible for a refund or a replacement product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in usable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging content intact.
If you would like to return your product, please, send an email to email@example.com with your order details, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in usable condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and once we approve the return, then send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
